Terms of service

The service

For A$749 a month, we provide two things together:

• Your website: a multi-page website, designed, hosted and looked after, with your domain. There’s no build fee. We keep it loading fast and make changes when you ask.
• Your SEO team: ongoing work on Google and AI answers, including your Google Business Profile, pages, keywords and technical fixes. Every change passes automated checks before it goes live, and you choose which changes you approve.

Price and billing

The service costs A$749 a month: A$199 for your website and A$649 for your SEO team, which would be A$848 bought separately.

If you keep only the website, hosting alone is A$199 a month.

Prices are shown without tax. Where tax applies, such as GST in Australia, it’s added to your invoice.

Month to month, and cancelling

There’s no minimum term and no notice period. You can cancel at any time.

Because you pay a month in advance, everything carries on to the end of the month you’ve paid for. We don’t refund part-months, except under the 90-day money-back guarantee.

Who owns what

• Your domain is yours. We can look after it for you so everything is on one invoice, but it stays in your name. If you leave, you take it with you.
• We build and own the website itself (its design and code). That’s how there’s no build fee. If you drop the SEO team, you can keep your website live on hosting alone for A$199 a month. If you leave altogether, the website stays with us.
• Your content. The photos, words and details you give us stay yours. [To confirm: licence you grant us to use your content on your website and listings, and what happens to it if you leave]
• Your Google Business Profile belongs to your business. [To confirm: how access is granted and removed]

Changes to your website

Just message your website team, for example to add Christmas hours or a new service. Each change is checked before it goes live. [To confirm: any limits on the number or size of changes]

What we ask of you

• Give us accurate information about your business, prices and opening hours.
• Only send photos you have the right to use, and that the people in them have agreed to.
• Tell us about the decisions that are yours to make, such as public prices and your listing’s details, when we ask.

What we don’t promise

Nobody controls Google’s results or AI answers, so we can’t promise a particular ranking, position or number of calls. Google itself says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking. Our guarantee is a refund of SEO team fees if your leads don’t improve, not a promise of results.
