Who we are

What we collect

We only collect what you give us or what we need to provide the service.

• Homepage preview request: your name, business name, what you do, where you work, email, and if you choose to give them, your website and phone number. We also ask how many people work in the business and whether someone already looks after your marketing.
• Partner expression of interest: your name, firm, profession, location, email, roughly how many small-business clients you have, and any message you add.
• Call request: your name and email, and if you choose to give them, your business, phone number, a good time to call and a message.
• Clients: the details we need to run your website and SEO, such as your business details, the photos and words you send us, and access to your Google Business Profile and website data that you grant us. [To confirm: full list of client data and the tools that hold it]

Your approximate area

To show places near you on our homepage, we may use your IP address to estimate your city when the page loads. We use it on the fly and don’t store it.

If you type a place into the homepage, we remember it in your browser (local storage, under the name seorted.area) so you don’t have to type it again. It stays on your device. You can clear it by clearing your browser’s site data.

Place names come from the Australian Bureau of Statistics (CC BY 4.0) and GeoNames (CC BY 4.0). Maps use OpenStreetMap data © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL). [To confirm: final data sources once the place lookup is built]

Cookies, local storage and analytics

We don’t set advertising cookies. Your browser stores two small preferences for this site: your colour mode (theme) and the area you typed (seorted.area).

• to book and hold calls with you

Who we share it with

We don’t sell personal information. We use service providers to run the website and the service:

• Vercel hosts this website and runs the form that sends your request to us.
• Resend delivers form requests to us by email.
• Microsoft provides Microsoft Teams, which we plan to use for calls.
