What does your team do on your listing?

Your team drafts the listing work every week: posts, photos, review replies, services and hours. Two things stay hand jobs, done with you: the primary category and verification.

How the listing feeds local SEO
  1. Categories and services kept complete

Every service you offer listed the way customers search for it, so the listing matches the work you want.

  2. Your hours, right everywhere

Opening hours, holiday hours and Christmas closures updated on the listing, and checked against your website and directories.

  3. A post every week

A short post about a job, a season or a service, so the listing never looks abandoned.

  4. One to three of your own photos a week

Real job photos with a line about each job. Never stock, never someone else’s work.

  5. Review replies the same day

Every review answered, in your voice. Replies to unhappy reviews wait for your yes.

  6. Neutral review asks

Customers are asked for an honest review after a job. No incentives, no filtering, no fake reviews.

Who approves the changes?

You decide how involved you are; every change is checked either way.

A few things are always yours to say yes to: the listing’s name, category, phone, address and hours, and replies to unhappy reviews.

How involved do you want to be?

  • Hands-onYou approve every change, checked and ready.
  • In betweenYou approve the big ones: new pages and anything with your name on it. The rest go live after automated checks.
  • Hands-offEverything goes live after automated checks, and you get a summary every Monday.

Your photos, handled properly

Your job photos go on your listing with a line about each job, and on your website with alt text.

Questions

Everything is part of A$749 a month with your website. See pricing.

Do I keep ownership of my listing?

Yes. Your Business Profile stays in your own Google account. Your team works on it with access you grant, and you can remove that access at any time.

Do you need my Google password?

No, never. You add us as a manager on your Business Profile, which Google lets you do without sharing a password.

How often do you post?

Every week. Each post is about a real job, a season or a service, and it’s checked before it goes live.

Can you get me more reviews?

Your team asks customers for an honest review after a job, in neutral words. We never offer incentives, filter who gets asked or write reviews.

How long until I show up on Google Maps?

It depends on your area, your category and how complete your listing was to start with, so we don’t promise a date. Your team checks every area you work each week, and you see the changes in your Monday summary. What matters for a Business Profile
